Spice of the Seasons

My entry for Mini Jam 133

Theme: Fusion (used weird fusion cuisine for aesthetics)

Limitation: You control the environment. I implemented it by allowing you to control the seasons in order to solve puzzles.

My #4127635671 attempt to scope low - and failing miserably haha. I like the mood of this game though, wish I could pack more levels in.

Play as Chilli , the Chili Pepper who wants to create the most exquisite but unusual dishes and create the ultimate fusion kitchen! Gather all the ingredients and jump in the cauldron to make the weirdest food ever! Control the seasons to solve the puzzles!

Controls

Keyboard

• WASD or Arrows : Move
• Left Click: Jump
• Right Click: Switch Seasons

(You can also jump with Z and change seasons with X)

Gamepad

• D-PAD or Left Stick : Move
• Down Button: Jump
• Left or Right Buttons: Switch Seasons

Known Issues:

• There's an animation issue in which the character doesn't turn back in the first level
• Small visual glitches
• The first butter in the second level doesn't count for total completion. 

CREDITS:

• Overral visuals, Sound, and Programming all done from scratch, by me, including the music, in the span of 2.5 days.
